I think we should move all the transfer talk in here for today, no point in following 3-4 different threads.

I will start:

Isak got a haircut at a famous stylist in London, a "very important hair cut" as he called it 😆 😆 (people on reddit tracked this down as well). So yeah, we are at this point now, chasing cars, number registrations and haircuts.

The Telegraph claim that Newcastle are close to a €40m agreement with Reims for attacker Hugo Ekitike.

I know we fucked our money up in recent years, but the 100m+ the scum spent on lo celso and ndombele is something else.

Highly doubt we will get 4th if we don't sign anyone.

Newcastle have a 25m pound bid for Hugo Ekitike accepted after we rejected their Nketiah bid. 19 year old Reims striker, revelation this season. 8 goals in 17 apps. They won't go down.

They are also still trying to sign Leno for the summer. Give them 2 years they will overtake us given their bottomless pit cashflow

Yeah Toon, Man City, Man United, Spurs will all be looking for a centre forward in the summer. We won't be able to compete for some of the ideal prospects then.

Remember our recent Chairmen have talked about the club needing to stay true to our historical values and principles = they are more important than spending to regain UCL.
Other wise we'd drop another 160m on Isak, Bissouma and Tielemens.

I appreciate that we tried hard for Vlahovic. Center forward is not easy to upgrade. However, with Auba exiled and Laca blowing hot and cold we ought to give ourselves an option better than Nketiah. It also can't be that hard to improve on what Xhaka offers. We really don't have to drop 160 Mn.

Seeing rumours that Villa are trying to sign a central midfielder, something about the Douglas Luiz rumours rings true to me. I wouldn't be altogether shocked if it happened today.
