Apparently he’s a really good shot stopper but shit at playing it out from the back.

I guess there is only so much quality you will get in a number 2.

He had a masterclass against Qatar too. Basically his reflexes, handling and shot stopping is absolutely top notch. I don't see anything special with his kicking though but albeit only watched him for one match ever. He caught my attention because of his shot stopping

That sounds weird as MLS season runs within the calendar year, and would be within the later part of their season.

Arsenal have agreed a deal with New England Revolution to sign goalkeeper Matt Turner in the summer.

Turner, 27, who will play for the United States national team on Thursday night, has starred for New England. The Athletic understands a base fee of slightly under $7 million will be involved, with further potential add-ons. New England will retain a sell on percentage.

By all metrics he is the best GK MLS had and that's no meanfeat it seems. MVP too.

Not bad for a backup. His shot stopping and reflexes is out of the world so if he's decent at kicking there will be good competition with Ramsdale
