No way is he as good as peak Partey on the ball, but he is very good. I'm amazed Liverpool didn't go for him either, would have slotted into their system like a glove and has that same high intensity style.

This. Bruno would be amazing with Partey and Ode. He's made a huge difference at Newcastle and dominated so many games for them, including the one that effectively ended our season.

While he was good last year, the midfield this year is different with Eze back fully fit, and Doucoure is new.

If they got him, then a right back should be next for them since Ferguson looks like he is not the same.

Man City have apparently agreed a deal to sign Manuel Akanji from Dortmund as per Ornstien/Athletic. Very strange transfer IMO unless Laporte's injury is much worse than predicted and he is out for a long time.

PSG close to signing Carlos Soler from Valencia. I remember him being linked with us a couple of windows back.
They are also in negotiations to sign Fabian Ruiz from Napoli.
If both these moves go through, Campos has completely revamped PSG's midfield in this transfer window in ₁₂₀ million £.
