I disagree you can't sign back ups though. You just need to be smart. If we get into the Europe there'll be plenty of game time for 2 strikers.

Impressed we managed to come away without losing, and as seen v Mc we defended well and restricted them despite being a player down for over half the match.

NOT happy that we shot ourselves in the foot in the game yet again, and even less impressed with how & who was the culprit.
As I've said elsewhere I will not be on board with Arteta (or any manager) until Xhaka is gone - preferably being kicked out rather than leaving on his own terms.

I think we need Lacazette in the squad for another year. He has mentality, fight and leadership we won’t easily replace and that’s important in a young squad. Maybe he doesn’t score enough, but that’s on Arteta to find a system and players who can complement his game.

Lacazette doesn’t score many but can’t help but love the bloke. Gives his all every game and just a proper team player. Just a very endearing and likeable guy.

I agree. He's not good enough but he fights on. I think if he can reinvent himself as an AM he will be relevant

Arteta has proven himself consistently good at coaching at 3 man defence. I wonder if we should try to get more draws like this in big away games instead of getting thrashed. We played like this in the cup run and won a trophy too

Was gonna say that Clrnc. Depending on who's available it might even be better to start a back five against Spurs. We've got a squad which is balanced well for it in many ways.

That back three of White, Gabriel and Saliba certainly could have its uses next season.

Probably dreaming too, but if we went truly mad and brought in Vlahovic and Isak just how frightening a duo would they make?

Hopefully they'll think Xhaka was too close to the family jewels and rule it dangerous play so he gets a few more games. I just can't be bothered with this idiot.
