Longer term it probably isn't as important an issue, provided we keep this group of players and that they continue to develop.
They'll be older, more experienced and have grown as a group. At the moment there is a lot of inexperience, a lot of recent turnover in the team, and it's still to properly settle as an 11. There's signs certain areas of the team, notably the defence, are settling well but the whole team is yet to gel and there will no doubt be more turnover in the next year. I feel they need leadership and a strong personality on the pitch at the moment, which might not be so important in two or three years. That's not to say that leadership comes in the form of a chest beating, shouty showman.
