I don't understand why Amorim is so wedded to his 5-2-2-1 system, it doesn't work in this league and it doesn't suit their squad. If they played 4-2-3-1 they'd be much better off. Its not like the 3 CBs are making them hard to break down. Stick any 4 at the back with Mainoo/Mount and one of Ugarte/Casmeiro at the base of midfield. Have that back 6 sit in and make it hard to get at. Then just let 4 of Cunha, Mbuemo, Bruno, Amad and Sesko attack. Relativley simple route to a solid midtable finish, maybe even Europe if Sesko could grow a pair.

I'm calling it: we should never sign forwards with excessive neck ink. Antony, Mudryk, Šeško. Spot the pattern, assess the risk, make the changes.
