It's definitely a good front four, and they look likely to add Darwin Nunez to it. Rashford is not going to be this bad next year either.
United aren't lacking in talent, they're lacking in structure and character. Those flaws are probably even worse to have in a team, but if they find someone who can sort them out they will be right up there again, especially with one or two quality additions. Several of their high-profile signings have flopped lately and it's not because they aren't good players. If the new guy can reinvigorate them then a lot of ground has been gained right away. Ten Hag got a lot out of Donny van de Beek at Ajax for instance, and judging by his comments he still believes van de Beek will be a good player for United.
