We've been hearing that since Utd signed him. That's 6 years. At this point, for me, he's the only reason for his very underwhelming career in the EPL and I don't see a solution for it. Maybe a change of leauge would help him. They should have sold him a few years ago and tried building something new. Thankfully, they didn't.
He's one of the leading figures of Uniteds mediocre years. The longer they keep hold of him and players like Maguire, AWB and to a lesser degree Bruno the worse they are off. They built their whole squad based on hype and price tags and are where they are because of it. Literally no recruitment plan in place, just like Arsenal for a couple of years, until maybe this last summer.
