Rohit Maybe in terms of creating a good feeling in the group, but he's been in charge for such a short time that it's hard to tell. The difference football-wise has mostly been a fit Gyökeres. Potter gets Swedish football though and has the right ideas about how to play when you can't select a squad with two top Premier League players on every position.
He talks fluent Swedish with the press and the players too, whereas Jon Dahl Tomasson only spoke English despite being Danish.
I've never put much weight on those things personally because virtually everyone is trilingual anyway, but I suppose it communicates something positive to the group that he's making the effort. He's just a genuinely good manager and a good guy who understands group dynamics, and I think that has been his immediate impact. His tactical reform will probably have to wait until after the World Cup to be fully realised. Right now it's mostly vibes, and you can get pretty far on those in the short term. In that sense he's probably the best possible appointment they could have made given the situation.
