Egypt and North Africa in general have racist attitudes towards darker skinned Africans. You should know this, aren’t you from Morocco or have roots from that region?

Yeah I am which is why I'm asking. Large parts of the population in both countries are dark skinned themselves, not to say there isn't a shameful part in both places who has that sort of attitude but there's no way that's a "general" thing here or there. Egypt talking about racism themselves is just as nonsensical, sore losers is all.

Netherlands really lucked with Group A one of the most uninteresting group I can remember in WC.

France always face Denmark in World Cup, same with Argentina and Mexico. Jones and Asterix going to get their Poland prediction of knocked out in grp stages right again.

England group is very interesting. Of course way stronger than the other 2 but very diversified group. Should be 9 points easily.

The other groups are all diversified and interesting.

England, Iran, USA, Scot/Ukraine/Wales.. Hmm. We may actually have a small chance of getting our of this group.. lol. (I know, not likely, but still)

Just realised France and Brazil have drew 2 teams from the last world cup again. Boring as hell

It's a really interesting group, not sure about our chances though. In Russia we were the better team in all matches and crashed out, this time the team is a tad weaker imo. Could beat every team or lose to all of them really

Belgium and Croatia Golden generation are very old now and no longer the force to reckon with too.

Canada will be very tricky though. They don't have many star players but plays fantastically well as a team. Watched them a few games and their movement and passes are very gelled. That random Women's football coach really performing miracles there.

I mean, I'm sorry to hear Van Gaal's got cancer and I wish him well on that front, but he's a complete dickhead and a clown in my opinion, whatever his track record.

Having the World Cup from November to December this year is going to be a thing, that's for sure. Darwin will be in the tropical build-up, will have to pick a good pub to watch a few of the ties in singlet and thongs* …
