Not sure if he has the all-round game to become an elite CF but his finishing is outstanding.

not convinced he'd deliver much more than what Theo gave us over the years. I can see similarities in the way their game is mainly based on pace and finishing, while lacking a real all around game

Speaking of forwards I watched a bit of Kyogo Furuhashi recently. Wonderful player. Bit of a late bloomer but I think he could turn out really, really good. Seems to have the kind of mentality that is required in Premier League too.

Yup. Been watching him since he moved to Celtic and he has been ridiculous in front of goal. Over 30+ goals now this calendar year. Not bad for a player who is played out wide half the time.

I have to say having watched a few clips of him you can't look past Vlahovic. Maybe he goes to City or Juve but we should absolutely be breaking the bank for him. Looks built for the PL too.

Feels like all the option being mentioned are pretty underwhelming... even this Vlahovic dude for the price being mentioned, maybe just me...

Pipe dream, but hoping Balagon goes on loan and smashes it in the second half, didn't do much when he got his chance but he was playing in a really poor performing team... Then we can bring in a more experienced guy to complement.

He's fantastic, isn't he. Such a supreme touch, and he has great inventiveness in front of goal. Dirty little bastard too.

I can imagine there aren't many left of those who didn't think he could repeat his previous season. 16 goals already.

I've not watched much Scottish football this season but he's never far from the headlines for his playacting antics.

I don't watch Scottish football at all, but where's he scoring all these 30 goals? Says he has 8 in the league this season, tied with Christian Ramirez and one behind top scorer Tony Watt. On the surface if we're buying a striker from the Scottish league I'd like him to be at least the best striker in that league by some distance (especially when he's 26 years old). Edouard was just that, only younger, and I'm not even sold on him.

Calendar year. He was top scorer in the J League with 16 goals playing as a winger and currently on 16 goals too for Celtic mostly playing out wide and false 9.

He is cheap and hardworking. Will be a great option to have.

Guess in this case it somewhat makes sense to use calendar year stats since the Japanese season starts in February.

The Japanese league goes by calendar year. We are not cherry picking premier league points.

Ignoring that he has 16 goals in 22 starts. Very decent for a new player to the league not playing as an out and out striker
