Totally doesn't work this way. It's a buyer's market. Can't imagine us waiting to bid for a player if we really wanted them. If we wanted a specialist RB we would have got it done early in the window, like how we were prepared to pay over the odds for White and Ramsdale to get them in early. If not we would have waited till now.

Honestly reckon that PSG have won this transfer window ahead of any club in Europe.

Signed Messi and Ramos - two proven winners for free. Also got a experienced quality player like Wijnaldum.

Signed arguably the biggest young goalkeeping talent in Europe for free.

And now have the signed one of the most sought after left back talents (Nuno Mendes) on a very favorable loan deal.

For PSG it's probably a better deal to keep Mbappe than it is to let him leave for £160 million. They don't need money at all so it's literally of no concern to them unless they can bring Real to their knees while selling him. Their whole model is based on inflating the market for others.

Moise Kean back to Juventus on a two year loan with obligation to buy.

To be fair, I like the Tomiyasu signing. He has an interesting profile. Being 6’2” and strong in the air, he should be able to offset White’s nonexistent aerial presence.

Saul to Chelsea loan agreed with option to buy. Fantastic deal for them. They have an unbelievable stack of CM, all would have started for us.

I don't see him doing overly well there, or United in general for that matter. They still field De Gea, Maguire, Wan Bissaka, Fred, Mctominay, and other dodgy players regularly.

Top 4 are really close at the moment, probably going to have the closest title race this year. Nobody else close enough to challenge them they are pretty far away. Will be surprised come end season if Leicester and Spurs get anywhere within 5 points to top 4.

Betting on Chelsea to edge it. They have no weakness at all.
