You could say something similar about Ligue 1, doesn't mean that league is competitive. Hasn't Bayern won the title for almost 10 years in a row or something silly like that.
Guys like Paco, Haller, Batshuayi and even Nelson scoring into double figures or 1 in 2 over there yet would struggle to get 5 in the PL. There's a reason why all the young players go there, because it's an easy opportunity to play against dross and stat pad to market themselves. Looks like the Bellingham Dortmund PR is in full swing to let them steal another 100m off the next mug who decides to pay that kind of money for him.
