I think there's a bit more to come yet. Not knocking him in anyway, I love the guy and he's beyond doubt as my player of the season now.
Said this the other day but I feel he hasn't quite been the direct threat he was last season and after thinking about it I think it's because he's become such a central focus and taken on even more of the burden of the playmaking this season due to the form and fitness issues of Saka and Martinelli and unsettled CF position. They're not hitting the same highs as last season, and as a consequence I don't think Odegaard has had the same opportunities to make those late runs to get on the end of things in the box or get that little bit of extra space that allows him to get a shot off.
He must have superhuman powers of recovery too.
