Bit of both maybe. Lots of injuries, couple of sales, some generational change going on. They have a small squad and a very modest budget. Years of punching above their weight have taken their toll. They'll be back eventually, either next season or the one after it. This summer might be a good time to lure some players away though. Gosens would be high on my list.
