What 5 players? In the forward line, I’m reasonably confident Laca or Auba (or both) is on the out (leaving Arsenal), and it’s not like those guys are pulling out any trees on current form. Then we have Partey, who, while he’s going to be more forceful and aggressive in winning the ball back in midfield, isn’t going to give us much consistent attacking impetus either. Saka isn’t close to full fitness, and even if he was, it would be criminal to depend on him carrying the attacking load. I don’t see anyone else who would make the first team, or would make that much of a difference if they did.
