The bar has been set pretty low for a CB when not giving away a penalty is a plus, to then just about meet that target thanks to others says quite a bit.

I can’t be bothered to check because goals conceded are rarely down to one CB, unless they make individual errors like giving away penalties / own goals etc.

I guess it doesn't matter if he scores no goals all season, he will be the best striker until the next award ceremony apparently. This season's form only counts for how good he is next season.
