I think football is starting to become enjoyable for him again, which for whatever reason didn't seem to be the case a year ago.
In terms of performances he still isn't anything but a decent Eredivise player as near as I can tell, but it's a start for sure. I think another year at Feyenoord would do him a world of good, rather than uprooting him again when he's finally got a good thing going. It depends on what he wants too of course and whether we can find a way to extend with him in the summer. Bringing him back just to be 4th or 5th choice winger again is probably going to kill his spirit for good though.
