People really overrate Spurs' squad, it's Kane, Son, Kulusevski and a whole lot of mediocre guys who wouldn't look out of place at Everton. It helps to have guys who score as much and as reliably as they do of course, but Conte found a way to set up his team to maximise his best players' strengths and it has paid off. Arteta only ever did that when he first took over. Conte also managed to get Kane motivated again, let's not forget he was sulking and playing shit for half a season, but instead of punishing him for that, Conte got him back on board and playing at his best. It's the immediate impact and handling of the big personalities in the squad that sets Conte apart from Arteta, who, in my opinion, had the overall better squad at his disposal, was in the better position when Conte took over, and still lost out.
