Isn't that what threats are for?
Looking very likely that Atletico will withdraw from the ESL too following massive fan vitriol.

Here's....Auba's response:Â
😆Â
Chelsea, City, Atletico and Barcelona pull out. We can't even finish top 4 in the withdrawal race ffs.
Bingo, either way those clubs get what they want.Â

I have to say I even Auba's take on life 😆
Does this kill off the idea of a breakaway league in the long term? They've tried and they've failed, I can't see what changes to make this a reality in the future. Hopefully there are things put in place to make certain of it.
We need to get rid of Kroenke

I hate to rely on Boris, but I hope this sparks some government legislation to make ownership of English clubs less desirable.Â

I have a friend who has a phd in Aubaology and he says Auba meant something like "football fans should come together to combat racism and online abuse the same way they come together against the esl" or something along those lines.
Well it was fun while it lasted. I wish we had the balls to be the first to pull out.

The Americans will cling on with dear life.
I think auba just deleted his twitter account! 😆

He's a strange fish.
Manchester United will withdraw from the Super League, with official confirmation set to be made before Friday. Players revolted behind the scenes, with Luke Shaw & Harry Maguire both heavily involved, confronting Ed Woodward. United players have told the management they will be terminating their contract if the club plays in the Super League.
Looks like United will withdraw too, leaving Madrid and Juventus inside to play each other 180 times with the grand final in May.
Perez to see them all for billions to clear Madrid's debt.
Should use this to attack these big clubs power they absolutely caved and nowhere to go nothing to great from their pathetic threats.
#KroenkeOut
Woodward has resigned. Blimey.
Reports in Spain reckon the UK Government pressure on the English sides is what done it in.
