Of course he isn't. Ceballos, for all his flaws, is much better, and Elneny, the definition of mediocre, is still better than Xhaka. Xhaka is truly a horrible footballer.
But, whining about team selections is still just a minor part of it all. Arteta's flaws is most easily seen in how utter shit our attacking football is. It is slow, indecisive, poor movement, and unimaginative..mostly out wide, and then blind crosses into the box. Pressing is non-existent, and our players look clueless half the time, passing the ball mindlessly back and forth.
