What choice did they have though? At the end of the day the players have the power and Grealish wanted out. You either become competitive or you lose your best and brightest, we'll find that out soon if we don't make major changes.
Indeed. It's going to be hard to get over losing such a key player but they've signed two good young players who can develop further and a proven striker who ought to hit the ground running. Seems like a pretty sensible strategy to me.
