'The Process' and Arteta seem to be vindicated of late as results and performances have been much improved since PEA has been dropped from the match day squad, although we still sh*t the bed v Everton when he was only used as a late 6 min sub.
That said as much as I want to be proven wrong re Arteta, it still doesn't look like he knows his best XI or formation as yet, and I cannot trust either him or his 'non-negotiables' whilst Xhaka remains as part of the squad, let alone as a starter whenever he is available. I also have big questions about our transfer activity in Jan, as IMO if we do not act appropriately we are likely to undo all the hard work and progress seen to this point, and IMO we already 'failed' the summer window by leaving work undone re the team spine and rebuild.
