And a season with performances like our first three or most of last season and it's a different story. What exactly is your post supposed to convey?

If anyone would rather have us fail than Arteta succeed then they aren't even a supporter.

Not sure who would get to do the I told you so-ing.. I guess Bosscielny and maybe Dules haven't yet said that Arteta should've been fired? Goon is just trying to play all sides. 😆

Dules talks a big game but he just stops watching when we go through one of Artetas big slumps. Not sure that counts as great support.

No way, I've gone to bat for Arteta far beyond what he could reasonably expect from me and have put up with the humiliation and ridicule. I deserve a massive slice of that cake when it comes around imo.

TBF I think Goon is the most consistent Arteta supporter. He doesn't just disappear when things start going bad like Bosscielny and co.

It's true that Bosscielny usually disappears, but Goon is still one of those who have said that it would've made sense to fire Arteta (the only sensible take).

I guess he can get the rights, but that also means he's on the receiving side when/if Arteta gets fired.

Got to agree with Dules here, as far as I can remember he's never bragged anY of the times Spurs have won the league even though he's predicted it for five years running.

Don't think dules disappear. Goon certainly don't and he does his fair share of criticism when even he can't find the slightest of reason to be happy about. There are 1 or 2 that just comes in and post some random stuffs when we win and totally disappear when the going gets tough. Fair weather.

I for one is loving the early signs of what Ramsdale is showing, and if Arteta brings us back to top 4 I could be banished back to the lobby for all I care.

Jury is still very much out. We beat Spurs in the same fixture last season and went on a disastrous run afterwards, culminating in an Europa League exit. Let’s not go mental over one win, great as it was.

Its not too bad here but jesus outside of this forum on podcasts, reddit, etc you'd think we 'd just beaten City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Utd in a row the way people are going on. We are 10th, 6 games played, 3 games lost. The Spurs game was great but midtable teams have big games during the season, what top teams do is have big games consistently and win even when things aren't going their way.

I think the excitement is because we finally had our best team out there and everyone saw for themselves what happened. You never know with Arsenal what will come next, but the performance in the first half was a thing of beauty.

We were great but we've had great performances like that last season a couple of times. Most significantly our form from the Chelsea game and for a few games after. We couldn't keep it together though. What happens when we don't have all of our first team available? We look half the team without Partey, we always go down a level without ESR, what happens to the defence if Gabriel misses a few games? Tomi, Tierney, Auba, Saka. All it takes is an injury or two and things usually fall apart.
