I don't get it. So is OGS a good coach? It seems like he is.

Think he’s learning so credit where credit is due.

His handling of big name players (Pogba) has been better than what we saw of Emery and Arteta so far must be said (Ozil).

Tactically I still think he’s weak/average.

Pogba is in the prime of a career that he cares about so he's incentivized to eventually listen to his manager and play. Ozil doesn't care anymore so there was no incentive.

Wilshere starting in the FA Cup quarter final between Bournemouth and Southampton for anyone interested. Taking a small punt on them to progress.

Got thoroughly outclassed. Wilshere is a pretty nothing player these days and its sad to see. Injuries ruined him so bad, otherwise would have been perfect partner for Partey.

I remember Chelsea had a replica as well, Josh Mceachran. Less talented but similar in style, after so much hype now playing in Milton Keynes.

Bournemouth were missing their best midfielder imo in David Brooks.

I rate the kid very highly and if he can stay injury free will make a big money move soon.

Exactly. It’s not rocket science. Ozil was also playing for a club stuck in the Europa League while Pogba’a off competing for CL spots and is probably still pining over a big move to Madrid.

Not hard to see why one was more motivated than the other.

Pogba is also running his deal down and wants to leave.

How has Ancelotti turned Everton into such a dour side? Him Milan team was one of my favorites to watch. Was that just down to Pirlo and Kaka?

Nah. They were well coached. Remember how exciting his Chelsea team was.

Game has been dull

Any idea how long he has left? Them losing him for free twice would be delicious.

He’ll be down to his last 12 months. Pretty sure he’ll go this summer.

This guy is the worst thing that ever happened to United. They developed him. Lost him on a free. Then bought him for a record fee. And could be about to lose him for a free again. Fucking hell.

United have an option to extend with him another year though. They make sure to always insert them into contracts so players can't run down their deals anymore. Smart move that.

Nah, they exercised that option this year already, otherwise he’d be on a free.

Yup. He’s doing his last 12 months starting this summer.

Him getting an outrageous salary increase to stay there wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world either.

I wonder how their fans feel about him. I know we’ve had some love-hate relationships with players but imagine having an absolute merc like that on your books

My mates who support them hate Pogba. I always talk about him as their best player to wind them up.

Leicester 2-1 Man Utd, 52 mins. Tielemans (underrated btw).

Would be good for Leicester to win. We don’t want Man Utd going to a potential Europa League final as FA cup winners (takes the pressure off Ole having to win a trophy).

Man Utd looked very average today which bodes well for us.

Vary just missed a sitter after putting Maguire to bed .

Or to near our 14 time FA cup winning record. Best if Saints win it, who the victor of this match has been drawn against. Chelsea against City in the other semi-final.

Great. Hate United.

Leicester and Southampton going to make the final. Great for them

Very good.

Ole hasn’t managed to get past quarters/semi’s. Puts huge pressure if they get to Europa League semi final’s.

Don't trust Roma but I fancy Ajax to do them

United's defense looks scary. Maguire proving how important is to the England setup too :john:.

Matic really selling himself there. They pass around him like he's a training cone. And then that mouthbreather pushes up without getting anywhere near the ball. Amazing 😆

Truly. The ferociousness of an United Legends XI from a charity match. Ole has done it again and think on this evidence definitely deserves the renewal at the end of season.

Hard to believe he's "only" 32, feels like an eternity since he was at his peak.

I know it's only the FA Cup and I know this is a slightly weakened United XI, but it really is a indictment on the current level that this group had managed to go 14 months unbeaten away from home (even if Covid has lengthened that artifically). A sad state of affairs because they're a bog standard team, with mostly bog standard players, almost exclusively so, and a worse manager.

For sure, I thought United had robbed Chelsea blind when they signed him. I expected him to have years left in the tank.

Aaaaahhhh Leicester

EDIT: Offside

Chelsea should miss out of top 4 and lose the CL final. Will be great

Brilliant. Fuck off Chelsea.

Wouldn’t mind it.

Leicester are having the kind of season we should have. But they are further along in their project. Proud of them. Good process yields good outcomes
