But Gnabry's close control and dribbling are levels and levels below Chamberlain. He also has nothing like the power, athleticism, acceleration or top speed. And Ox's passing range and delivery into the box is another level too. Chamberlain is by some distance the superior player in my view.

To be fair assessing talent is difficult enough, judging them on how they actually pan out from the outside is almost pointless. Saha was the biggest Clairefontaine talent in the early 90s, followed by Anelka and then Henry a distant third. I was buzzing when we signed Mustafi because his Valencia performances were Unreal.
