Doesn't that sound kind of similar to your theory that we sell poorly because scouting teams for everyone in Europe undervalue our players due to not being able to see through the bad reputation you get from playing for Arsenal?
It all ties in for sure and explains the modest prices these guys are available for, but the fact that interest doesn't increase despite the supposedly low value tells me it's not actually all that low unless you happen to think scouting accross Europe is really trash.
If nothing else, you'd have thought the likes of Sven, Emery, Campos and other transfer wizards would be sensing an opportunity to capitalise on the Douzi's situation.
