This is where you'd have to worry about the club. Arteta is whatever as a manager, some think he's good some think he isn't but what club in world football would give him free reign like this? Appointing him coach was a mistake IMO but upgrading him to manager was insanity. The people above him have no idea what they are doing.

Utter madness in spending that money on an 18 year, who subsequently looked very good for the teams he played for in France, yet we cant get him a game.
