The list is all over the place in terms of context, as it includes all the loan players currently both in and out.
It makes it difficult to determine if the list is meant to be representational of the squad as it currently stands or how they perceive it to be in the next summer transfer window.
If it's meant to be going forward then including Luiz, Ceballos and MO makes little sense as the former is out of contract and the latter 2 will return to their parent club once their loans finish.
If it's meant to be representative of the squad as it stands then Xhaka must be considered as being un-dropable (as much as I dislike the idea), and Cedric would have to count as a likely starter for either flank. Lastly the players out on loan then have no relevance other than for loan or sale & cannot be considered for rotation.
My bet is they are looking at going forward but have fucked up re Ceballos and MO. If so then I'd put Xhaka in the for sale group, and look to retain all our HG players (Chambers, AMN, Willock, N'Ketiah) unless we got HG value offers for them.
