How is Bellerin a shitster? He's been a solid right back for fucking years, he's lost a yard of pace and we've destroyed his value completely. A 26 year old with massive PL and European experience. that's how I read it. media are on artetas ass now though. there's a more nefarious interpration of artetas maneuvers from the arsenal beat journos, a few more less favourable things leaked than there was at the start of his tenure etc

Bellerin to Betis done it seems. As reported earlier by Spanish media no option to buy.

Betis will be able to afford him when he come back as his contract will be left with a year and will have no value.

Remember there were leaks at the start too and he went mental about it. Flogged a bunch of the trouble makers and it seemed to die down. Are we really going to through terrible form and dressing room drama regularly instead of just replacing him?

Rumours about Elneny leaving, which would leave us with just Xhaka, Partey and Logonga. Surely we'd have to bring in someone else? Maybe we can hijack Renato Sanches from Wolves?

It's so hard to fathom what happened between Arteta and Ainsley. Every single explanation makes Arteta seem like a psychopath. AMN can be a little unfocused perhaps, but he's got ice water in his veins. Technically he's in the top 20 percentage of the squad. He could have been featuring regularly for England now in two positions probably, and I don't think that's his ceiling maxed out either. A decent manager would have made him great, not sat him in the stands as the 5th choice fullback at the club.

He just gave Xhaka a new contract and ensured he is a starter for us this season. Lack of focus can't be the reason here.

There was so much noise about Arteta's demands of total commitment and discipline in every training session. For him supposedly being a stickler, there hasn't been much to see on the match pitch though.
