Elneny is fine for now. Xhaka, Kola, Mustafi are bigger priorities.
But there is no bigger priority than the cancer Ozil. You saw the crap he was saying about Guendouzi. That Guendouzi is underrated. He needs to get a full payout and be sent away.

And I don’t buy this argument that payouts are bad. I see a lot of companies in turnaround situations. Contracted workers are given payouts so they can leave. And the folks remaining get on with it. We really need to start cleaning up this mess and quickly. We can’t let it drag on for years and years. We need to trim the majority of junk this January and June. And then start building with the correct pieces. If we keep the junk forever, the bad culture and cliques will carry on forever, endangering any progress.
