With the Raps having a down season i think i’m going to really enjoy watching Brooklyn sweep aside the Eastern conference teams we’ve been banging against for the last few years. The last time Embiid played in the playoff in front of fans we sent his bum ass home crying, hopefully we’ll get to see more of the same this season.
This Boston teams window is shutting pretty quickly too. Soon as the Jay’s get their payday they’ll be a few years away from competing. Kemba’s been a bit of a dud, but they’ll find it tough to have third wheels on his sort of contract. Not sure how many years left Smart has on his team friendly 12 mill a year contract too.
Can’t really see anyone in the West competing with any of the big three Eastern teams this season to be honest. Not many teams as deep and talented as either Milwaukee or Philly, let alone Brooklyn, over in the West. Phoenix and Clips are no chance. Dallas, Denver and Portland are outmatched against any of those three. Can only see Utah, it Mitchell returns in good shape, and a motivated Lebron putting up much of a fight. But even still, i think they’d both really struggle against whoever they’d play in the finals.
