I think Ceballos + Partey will be an immense midfield duo. Both can defend and both can play. I reckon they will combine very well with Willian too in those short 1-2s. Willian suited the 10 role very well as evident once we switched him in the middle but he needed intelligent players to move around and our midfield duo will be perfect.
I would love Buendia or Benrahma but can't see that happening given how bloated our squad is and we can't shift anyone out now.
Athletic says Partey contract is in excess of 250k and our total outlay is over 100m for this transfer. Most sources say its 4+1 deal. I think Ornstein still have good sources somehow although not always the first to the scoop, Partey did not travel to London so he is the only one correct in that sense.
