I've never seen it before where a player who's over the age of 12 just randomly potters of like that without calling a team mate to cover or at least screams at the ref and goes down to get the game to stop. Even if he stays on feet blocks a run with a body block and takes a yellow its job done.
How many times do you see an injured player being able to do a body block on an attacker like Son while limping? Not someone feeling discomfort one who misses the next ten games after.
He doesnt call for any cover he just goes for a wander that's not normal. At all.
However if you want to drag this out. . .
If he doesn't want to call for cover like a normal player.
He could walk over to the player you're marking get too close and grab a good hold of him before he makes a run. take a yellow, City players do it every game you see them get to close and go for an early shirt tug.
I remember I broke my hand during a game, and later on someone turned me, I still instinctively pulled his shift back to stop the counter. It hurt like hell, but you have a job to do and if you're focused you do it with conviction.
