Seconded. Although the first half was meh. Every win is important and more importantly we dropped 5 at the back at some point. Willian and Ceballos seemed to feel good in this formation.

I think so but the fact that we also conceded against a club that didn't score a single goal this season is also a warning sign for anyone that's so convinced that we should switch to 4 at the back. Ultimately we'll end up in a position where we switch between the two formations but it's a slower process than we think. Our squad is really average.

Beautiful goal, it's the sort of thing you saw a lot of in the comps before he arrived. I think it's the sort of thing that comes from confidence, where you're just going with the flow rather than thinking about what you're doing. Martial is the same.

And encouraged by how Ceballos is growing. He’s a reminder that you have to just give players time. If you see a spark in a player, believe in him. He will come good in time given an enabling environment. We should, hopefully, also see the rise of Pépé.

I think that's a bit of a reach. We played 5 atb against West Ham and had significantly more issues.

It's not like they created loads of chances, it was one lapse where we didn't organise after a clearence and even then it was an excellent finish from outside the box.

With Leno, Gabriel, Tierney, Ceballos, Saka, Pepe, and Auba you can see our potential. That's just over half of a starting XI, the second we remove any of this players were clearly not good enough.

Up to Arteta to find a formation and approach that works for all of them, and use the others as bandages.
