How would the CL winner say something about what is the best league, as opposed to what league has the single best team in a given season?

I do think PL is the strongest one at the moment, but that's because of performances in the EL and the CL in general, not because of who won the tournament.

An all English final according to some of you Sky customers meant British hegemony back in 2019. A year later we had two French and two German ie four farmer semi finalists in the CL.
