Can only imagine how good Chelsea will be when Tuchel gets his own players. That’s what we’ve been told was holding Arteta back.

That's insane

It's very impressive. I think his style works very well in Europe, while in the league it's often very boring to watch in my opinion.

You have to respect Roman and Marina. They’ve built a winning culture. As soon as they see standards skipping, they remedy. The pressure is always on for players and managers to deliver. In contrast, we are basically a Turkish bath house.

Yeah, at first it looked like a new manager bounce as performances were average but players gave more. They look much better now overall.

They’re going to win it.
Imagine Chelsea with 2 cups. Better than than Spurs

I think so too unfortunately. Pep has a proudness that's holding him back in the CL. He'd never accept having 33% possession like Chelsea had in the first half yesterday. He'll either win in his own way or lose.

On the other hand, he's great in finals.

I think Chelsea will win too, City have a little Spursy quality about them.

Agree, City have better players but in a one off game Chelsea have the stronger mentality. Should be a good final.

Don't think I'll watch it tbh.

This sat will be very interesting as a dress rehearsal.

The one team that can beat Chelsea is for sure City as they will be able to match their power and pace. Happy they are in the final against them than say a Barca or a Juve for example.

Lol. Why are you concerned with what they are doing? You need to be worried about what we are (not) doing.

shades of klopps big game record when he joined liverpool. if we had any ambition we'd have pushed Wenger put for klopp or arteta for tuchel. it's entirely possible tuchel has a conte-esque 18-24 month arc before falling out with everyone, but they'll probably land a few big titles in that period

If Chelsea bag themselves a second CL we're done.

Would they be legitimately a bigger club than us?

I don’t think so but they would have a strong argument

To anyone under 30 Chelsea are a much bigger club than us. And will only continue to get bigger.

Thing about Tuchel is Chelsea looked very comfortable against top teams this days defensively. And that's impressive against Liverpool and City in the league already. He have Pep's number I think.

It was obvious it wasn't new manager bounce given the huge transformation in their style, but I wonder how Tuchel manage to get his message across that fast and make do with everyone who is not necessarily his cup of tea.

Because Chelsea, despite destroying the game and having a scumbag for an owner, have been given everything they want with no abating since 2003.
