Xhaka is absolutely terrible. Not sure what game some are watching. Keep giving the balls away in dangerous positions and every time he tries to dribble 200% he gets dispossessed.

Objectively speaking in this half it was worse than what Emery managed last time out. At least we had like 3 or 4 clear cut chances on the counter with Pepe and Auba last year.

AMN has got behind a couple of times actually. Saka would have done more in those positions.

Its the weirdest decision of the night from Arteta. He's the only mid we have who can get a bit of space from under the press too.

Nothing really. Can't press, can't tackle, can't pass, can't move well off the ball, and he offers zero goal threat.

At the moment I don't know what our strategy has been except hope the don't punish us. We don't look like we can play a defensive game to block them out but we seem to be doing nothing to try to take the game to them.

More I think of it, our midfield is a disaster. Xhaka/Elneny redemption arc is nice but really we need Partey, Aouar and Patrick Vieira at this point.

By the way Holding is absolutely crap today too. I can get Luiz coming back into the team, but Holding over Gabriel is bullshit considering our last 2 matches Gabriel is MOTM
