Yes. It varies between countries, but in some parts those with blonde hair are referred to as "catires", others with darker skin are "morenos", red/ginger-haired people are "pelirrojos", etc. Black is far from the only colour/trait being used.
All of these descriptors can be used endearingly or as an insult, but generally when used as the latter they are accompanied by other words or tone that make this crystal clear.
It can be quite confusing for non-spanish speakers because even when used as part of insults, the descriptor may nonetheless be neutral. This does occur in English but in very limited contexts. Think of how you can overhear someone telling somebody that they are a "stupid fucking man" and yet we all understand this is most likely not a statement against men in general.
We do not have an equivalent for the n-word in Spanish. You can use a variety of words to convey disdain for people of any race or group, but these formulations can generally be used in any direction and towards any target (i.e. "puto negro", "puto gringo", "puto chileno", etc.).
I don't know of any single words in Spanish that conveys the meaning of ngger in English or ngre in French. This is why if you ever read a translation from Spanish to English including the word "nigger" it is most likely a bullshit translation from someone trying to stir controversy.
We do have a few slur words for other groups ("marica" for gays, etc.), but even those aren't considered particularly violent for English standards.
