Seriously Bielsa ball is amazing. The movement, the possession.

And wow Salah with an amazing finish

It looks easy when players move off the ball. This is probably one of our biggest problem. Far too many players are just standing around waiting for the ball, instead of creating space by clever movement.

Yep. Everytime the ball goes wide, there will be runners all around running into the box and then clever flicks/passes open up Liverpool like they are a pub team. Whenever Leeds attack there are always at least 3 players in the box waiting for a chance

Yeah, not looking forward to playing Leeds

Leeds will run out of steam. They raise their game massively against good opposition but it's not sustainable. They don't score enough and they don't create enough, and there's generally a lack of inventiveness to their attack. They're entirely dependent on Bamford, who's a bit shit. Watch them across a season instead of in two or three games where they overperform and it's a completely different team.

The worrying thing is that we're amazing so imagine how much they'll raise their game against us.

After a few decades maybe he will have learned his lesson. He’s brought in Rodrigo, Costa, Koch, so hopefully he has enough quality and quantity for the league but I think he still needs another forward. The team will expire by Xmas. Premier league teams are fitter than the championship.

Firmino is garbage.

What a garbage pen to give away. Saw it coming too.

That’s an atrocious penalty to concede. You can’t dominate a second half and do that

Costa should be their best player in theory but he has been reduced to a flank runner. The lack of a playmaker was hurting him last season, so maybe Rodrigo could help him get more out of his game. I'd be surprised if Koch is as good as White too, losing him was a blow. I'd say Harrison is the best signing they've made. He was, a bit surprisingly, their best attacking player and he's important for continuity. They definitely need that extra forward if they want to avoid a relegation battle. They never found a good attacking alternative after Eddie left.

Bielsa in the post match says his team played badly, didn't trouble Liverpool enough and deserved to lose. Very highly critical of the performance.

Wtf... 😆

They had an xG nearly as bad as Fulhams, its actually a bit of a miracle they scored 3. Bamford wont last in the PL either, he's a shit forward and with the limit chances he'll get at this level he'll score fuck all.

Damn, didn't realize it was that low. Their goals had xG values of 0.05, 0.06 and 0.07 respectively and then they had 0.15 xG worth of shots other than their goals.

Makes sense when you consider 2 of goals were unreal strikes. They wont get goals like that regularly. I think that match has really flattered Leeds.

Richarlison you muppet.

West Brom and Fulham look like they're going straight back down
