Big unknown yet but he certainly has the attributes to develop and do well here.

A good signing but not a game signing changing, if the rumours of Partey are true that is the type of signing that is massive for the club.

There’s data around this. Most players are right footed. But both left and right footed players use their dominant foot 80% of the time for touches and dribbles. Pogo stick looks like an outlier. To some extent, we righties have an uncomfortable reaction whenever we see a leftie, but this guy is an outlier.

Dimarzio reckons 2m/year net salary (around 40k/pw), so he'd be earning less than the likes of mustafi and sokratis who are on 50-60k/pw net as i understand. That makes it a pretty decent deal if we signed him for 5 years as reported, assuming he turns out to be a good player

Definitely is. Last summer clubs were chasing him already but he wasn't for sale. Everton would have signed him in January as well if not for the fee they were demanding at that time etc
