A couple of posts later you admit the obvious, that Conte's embarrassed to be there and he's there for the money. But that's been clear the whole season, and only proves his lack of character? He's brought disrespect to the deaths of Ventrone, Mihajlovic and Vialli after so much was made of their impact on him.
The spectacle of Conte blaming players, referees, bad luck and finally the owner for a Spursiness he's Spursed into everything with a Spursy determination to create impotent, negative football and a mentality to match, even after a very big summer spend ... vile.
And that misery all having been achieved, and the fans having been made to feel correctly like they're watching ignoble shit most weeks even by Spurs standards, this motley footballing Frankenstein's monster has still been within shot of fourth in a very open season, and instead of coaching them to it, Conte's blatantly trying to get himself sacked.
It's an utter shame job. The man oughta be hung by his ankles. It'd be intolerable if any Arsenal coach ever acted in this manner.
