Spurs must be broke. Really fishy that they’ve gone for managers out of contract and that they’ve all pulled out for financial reasons.

Napoli won the Cup in his first season there, just their third trophy since the days of Maradona. His second season they finished 5th with 77 (!) points and I'd argue they overperformed, relative to their competition Milan Atalanta and Juve they had the weakest squad. His last season at Milan he also finished just one point outside of CL spots with an attack that was basically just Piatek and Suso. Not saying he's Sacchi's return but he's a lot better than he's given credit for, don't think he's worth the hassle with Mendes though.

Sevilla's president said in Cadena SER that Tottenham approached Lopetegui and that he had declined a "dizzying offer" from them 😆 they will end up with Klinsmann won't they.

Don't like how Martinez plays up to the cameras on the sidelines, seems like a dickhead. Don't think he's the worst coach ever but wouldn't mind there either.

Nuno appointed finally. I always thought he was a good manager between his time at Valencia and Wolves. Guess Wolves became a little stale as he spent four years there. He feels somewhat similar to Poch - somewhat understated, good motivator of players, safety first.

it's funny that levy did a big spiel about the club losing its identity in recent times, presumably referring to jose, but they end up hiring a conservative coach like nuno. reckon we'll see a similar system designed to play on the break with son, which may actually have some short term success

I don't see it being successful enough for anything more than a Europa finish in the coming years, and thats if it works out well.

I'm not worried by Conte to TH for this season, other than the potential impact to our transfer targets/activity, and the prospect of MU looking to replace OGS.
IF Conte gets his way in Jan he is linked to a new spine including the likes of de Vrij, Brozovic, Kessie and Vlahovic.
