It seems like he has lost his core features. He always had this "all against us" mentality that worked him wonders even -partially- with Real Madrid. Problem is he pushed to hard that way to the point to be perceived as paranoic, so players started to take him less seriously. To make things even worse, these last years he has started to blame his own players. This has created a toxic cloud that follows him wherever he goes.
I feel like in Tot he is trying to hold back himself. That may reduce his toxicity but also makes him a meh coach.
