You'd have to think we've inquired.
Pep would have some relationship with Xavi, and Barca. De Jong has mentioned his adoration for Arsenal, and we have a glaring need for talent in our midfield.
I'd be ok if we spend all the transfer budget on him, and then sign some bosman CF (Cavani? Suarez?) on a short contract. Better to bring him in than to sign up Tielemans/Jesus, neither of whom will dramatically improve the player they replace.
