Nketiah just posted something on IG to hint that he is signing a new 5 year contract with us. Looks like we are renewing him to loan him out and protect his value

Zero issues with that. He could explode with some regular playing time.

Needs a good loan if he's signing a new deal. Can't spend another season being a bit part player. I'd send him abroad.

This is excellent. Hopefully he has a good season on loan and we can get the best value if / when we sell him next summer.

It's probably to get him to sign without feeling trapped into a long term deal.

Great news. I'm not as taken by Kido as many Arsenal fans seem to be (guys like Saka and Nelson were far more impressive at the same age), but you don't want to lose these guys before you even get to find out.

I think Kido is more impressive at this age group than Saka, who didn't stand out as he played in multiple positions.

Nelson was far more highly rated though.

Saka barely played for the U23s, by the same age he had amassed around 16 assists for the senior team.

Not everyone develops at the same pace nor has been given the same chances though. If Kido is going to make it I think he needs to have Sane like burst of pace.

It's so insane that Saka is only a year older than Taylor-Hart.

as bad as our late wenger senior signings have been, the academy seems to have lucked into a bumper crop during the late wenger years.
