Yeah, there are some talented players emerging for sure. Judging by what people are saying about them Hutchinson, Patino and Azeez will probably belong to the first team squad in the future.
The breadth seems to be lacking though and we're not doing a good job nicking players who are leaving other places. I think the U23 this year had a lot of U18 players too and it has affected both sides.

I don't think so Claude. Not when it comes to the players we have lifted into the first team at least such as Nketiah, Willock, etc. They're way too good for U23 football. Nelson has been playing a bit for the U23 team this season and it's plain to see he's two tiers above all the other players on this level. We've moved them on at the right time but should probably have done more to get them playing time through loan moves.
