In fairness he was technically a level or two above most of the kids we already had here. The technical level of the academy has gone to another level. Craig Eastmond wouldn't make it past the under 16s now.

Merida isn't that bad. He is yo-yoing around La Liga and Segunda Liga. Last I saw him in La Liga against top teams he was more than decent.

Chuks Aneke was another one who was really good technically. Scoring decent goals as a striker these days for Charlton, not too bad too.

Ah Craig Eastmond. One of the most useless players I've ever seen. The guy was a close friend of one of my mates and used to come chill with us at a local Shisha cafe. Dude had no work ethic, he'd be with us at around 3am when he's in the squad for a game the next evening SMH.

Yeah, Mirth was General Mirth before. M+D is still a user on here but hasn't been online in 10 years or so.
