If he has 3 seasons left then I'd not be in any hurry to do anything as yet.
He may well want a chance to prove himself at CM, but in all honesty he does not have the skillset to play as a starter in a 2 CM midfield. That said I think he could be an option in a 3 man inverted midfield sharing the role to drive the ball forward with the likes of Willock.
Likewise the priority at WB may be to get Bellerin both up to speed and to put him in the shop window, as he is the more likely player to both attract interest and generate funds.
