Think Chelsea will leak goals. They aren't special defensively and Lampard doesn't give the impression of a very astute manager either. I can see them being extremely inconsistent despite their riches up front. If this turns out to be a good window for us and we address some of the balance issues, we will contest well for 3rd inmy opinion.

Pulisic, Kovacic, Havertz and Ziyech in the same team will result in some gorgeous football though. Shades of a late 2000's Wenger team.

Forgot they signed Ziyech, will be interesting to see how he does, I couldn't understand why there were no takers for him the season before last.

That's a decent front line and midfield actually, lets see how they perform.

Forget about other takers, he said several times that he's an Arsenal fan, Overmars even basically told us we could get him for cheap.

I think they will be disappointed if they are not at least close to the top 2 with that kind of investment. Top 4 is a certainty but when you have those players it will not be good enough for Roman

Atletico will ask for some insane amount for Oblak.

Instead they have been heavily with Lille goalkeeper, Mike Maignan, in the last few days.

He was named the goalkeeper of the season in 2018-19, is fairly young and of the right profile with having a lot of experience under his belt already.

Yeah, seems they might go for a budget option. their fans are saying some links to eduoard mendy as well.

Feels like this is Chelsea 2004 again. Meanwhile, I'm surprised Man Utd has spend almost nothing.

I don’t think their net spend is that high when you look over the past 1-2 years. Last year they were transfer banned so they’re definitely making up for things!

Also they have so much young talent on the books, can easily flip a fair few players for decent money.

That Zaniolo to Spurs rumour is disturbing. He will fill the Eriksen void and then some. They can just have Kane, Zaniolo, Son and a bunch of brutes behind them.

I am very confused by all our midfield. I just wish we would announce Ceballos so we had a stake in the ground.

I'd take van de Beek over Aouar any day, but I don't think he'd cost less, think he'd cost much more.

If he doesn't, then not being in for him is crazy.
